Exam room had not been cleaned. Dried blood on floor and lots of dog hair. I wiped up a spot and the towel was absolutely black. When was last time room was cleaned? Floor was washed? I left...will not return.
My dog was hit by a car. Very grateful for them. Clinic was cleaned. Staff was extremely friendly and informative. Went in sad but came out hopeful.
My husband and I have taken our epileptic dog here many times when she has a seizure that won't stop. We are so grateful that Greenville has an emergency clinic. Dr. Girard and others have saved her life on more than one occasion. Thank you all for all you do!
Just called here for my dog who swallowed chocolate (on Christmas eve). They gave me detailed instructions to make him throw up myself, and i didnt have to take him in. Awesome. Thanks so much!
I was quite worried and it was Christmas Eve. My 10 year old Chihuahua had two seizures. We had moved 3 weeks before. I called and got great phone support. We arrived and within 10 minutes she was in and being cared for. The updates, while I waited in reception, were regular. The staff was readily available. Returning home while my Dog rested there was hard. They connected with my vet in Washington NC well. We have received good support. Dr. Kevin Jones was excellent.
