I loved my experience with East Carolina Vet! I would absolutely come back but I am moving out of town soon. I brought my dog in for an annual check up with concerns for some arthritis. Dr Kuhn did a complete examination and blood work. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. All of my concerns were addressed. Dr Kuhn is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love that she takes the time to come talk with you and answer any questions you have. I also brought my dog back for a teeth cleaning. She had 3 teeth extracted and while I was very nervous about this, the staff was extremely reassuring. The procedure went smoothly and she is recovering quickly! Her teeth are the cleanest I've ever seen them and her bad breath is completely gone! The staff communicated with me the entire time. They even provided before and after pictures of her teeth. I would recommend anyone to visit this office. Thank you East Carolina Vets!!
Exceptional service and care. Very kind staff and respectable, caring veterinarians. I felt comfortable every time I was there and knew I was getting the best treatment. I can't suggest them enough to anyone looking for a lifelong vet for their animal.
Fantastic vet! Always so helpful and friendly. Dr. Kuhn and Dr. Mercer and all the staff are so compassionate and really care about the well-being of your pet. They even wanted my dog to come back for a “happy visit” - just a visit when you’re in the neighborhood to stop by for treats and love, so that he doesn’t always associate the vet with uncomfortable things like shots. Such a great idea! Sad that I will be relocating and consequently leaving them behind. 10/10 would recommend to all!
Took my 8 week old kitten, Link, to this vet having never been here forever. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and got him his needed shots and vaccinations that haven't been had yet. He quickly got very sick (was already slightly sick at the time of bringing him there) and they accepted him as a patient the day we called. Gave him everything he needed to start feeling better and even went as far as to give us her personal cell number to keep an eye on Link's status. The price is reasonable for the care and you won't be disappointed with the care you and your pet will receive at this vet!
The whole staff here is very caring and devoted to what they do! The prices were very reasonable for the services that we received and Dr. Kuhn was very open and honest about discussing vaccines and helping us be informed! Her bedside manner with our little Pomeranian Yorkie mix was great. Matt was also wonderful and very patient with our little guy. I cannot recommend them enough!
