I have had many cats spayed at this facility. They do a wonderful job and my cats have always had great care. I would not be able to afford to go to my vet for the spays as they charge about 3 times more than Spay Today. I highly recommend them and have been a client of theirs since it opened years ago.
We took our cat here to get neutered a month ago and today we found out he has a heart murmur. Today the vet said "I am upset that they actually went threw with the surgery when he had a heart murmur because he very easily could've died." DO NOT get your pets neutered/spayed here. They should've caught that he had a heart murmur before the surgery then we actually would've known earlier and could have gotten treatment faster.
We are sorry for you loss, but do not feel it was caused by her visit here at our clinic.
I had to put my dog down because of this poorly ran facility. I would never recommend going here EVERYTHING I've been trying to get into contact with these people for WEEKS on end. Calling, leaving messages, and constant emails just to ask if these things were normal. Turns out they cause a giant infection inside her and they NEVER got back in touch with me still to this day! So NEVER go to spay today cause there's a chance it could kill your dog. And they won't get back into contact with you even if you just have a simple question.
To EJ Henderson, we are sorry about the loss of your pet. Your full service veterinarian contacted us 2 weeks after your surgery to inform us on your dogs health issues. They stated that they informed you not to proceed with surgery because of an underlying issue she had. Unfortunately, you did not pass this information on to us when you scheduled your appointment or when you were here for your visit. Her surgery went fine and she was released. As well, nothing was ever mentioned to us regarding any past or current issues that would cause us concern to proceed with surgery. Our vet on call did reach out to you several times and was not able to get in touch with you, nor were messages returned.
Employees are very rude. They don't have to worry about me ever using their services. I've picked up 2 cats for a friend at 2 different occasions and had the same rude service both times. Just because they offer discounted spays and neuters doesn't mean they can act like they're doing me a favor.
