My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff (especially Ms. Natasha) was friendly and helpful. A problem was reported to the manager, Ms. Cristi. She responded expeditiously to our room to address the issue. Years ago my family stayed at this hotel and was truly satisfied. We returned in 2017 and was still pleased with the upkeep, room cleanliness and friendly hotel staff. Without hesitation we will return to this hotel and recommend to others.
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at this year. The room was cozy and clean, the staff was pleasant and attentive, and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay here again!
This hotel and the staff are awesome. Very clean and nicely decorated. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We never wanted for anything. They had manager's reception for the guest while we were there which was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect for ECU or Pitt Community College visits.
Excellent place to stay, when in town this is the only hotel I choose to stay in. Staff is wonderful, especially the lady that takes care of the breakfast. It's clean and always pleased to serve. You get what you pay for and more at a fair price.
