I personally had an awful experience here at the InTown Suites. I was told by housekeeping that my room was dirty and unsanitary and when I asked how that could be when I hadn't been to the room in a week because I was in the hospital having a baby who was at the time fighting for his life I was escorted out by police officers and was nearly assaulted by the property manager. I was forced to leave after paying $323 for the week and was only given $48 back. Not to mention that I had just came out of having a c-section and was trying to relax at the hotel but then was escorted out by police officers because the manager got into my face and when I asked her to step back she called the police officers to assist her and removing me from the hotel due to the housekeeper's error. Not only that the housekeepers speak very poorly of the location and they have a lot of roaches and insects that they refuse to get rid of. This experience was horrible and I will never give any money or business to this location. They should be shut down permanently.

Came for homECUming, we were met with a lady with tissue stuck up her nose and then found 3 roaches within our first hour there. The bathroom floor was greasy and DISGUSTING!! The first night we had to line the floor with towels to keep from stepping on it because there was no overnight staff to be found. When we complained the front desk staff seemed to have an attitude about cleaning and spraying our room. We couldn't relocate to another room because everything was sold out. We weren't able to get extra towels, you got new ones when you exchanged the old ones out. It was a terrible experience I'll never come back!!
Service was great I really enjoyed my stay and didn't have any problems
First time here gen manager is the bomb really clean will be back
