Good service. Free Shuttle picked me up from the Greyhound bus stop. Complimentary Breakfast was of a much higher quality than standard fare. Single room was spacious.
AMAZING staff! We stayed here while my father was at Vidant. They took amazing care of my mother and me as we had to make difficult decisions for my father's final days. They shuttled us back and forth so we did not have to pay for hospital parking, very caring and accommodating. I am still recommending them to everyone I know, and there will be no where else I would stay in Greenville for any reason. Bravo!
The staff are so friendly. Some asked about the my son in the hospital, which I thought was very thoughtful. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
My husband and I booked a weekend for his work function and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Instead of charging us 129$ for two nights they charged us almost 200$ for the second night because of a local football game. We canceled the second night, was told the correction to our account that was charged 370$ would correct itself at midnight. Low and behold the next day we were charged 370$ once again. After being blown off all day by Igna the General Manager, we finally got in touch with our bank and a manager at HIE who told us since today is a holiday we won’t see our money until Monday. So thank you Holiday Inn Express for taking what was budgeted for our holiday and forcing us home early...You might want to let people know you INLFATE your prices for local events.
The location had welcoming staff and good rooms. Shuttle service was very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety.
