It's a beautiful motel with easy access to many places in Greenville. Beds were excellent. My big complaint is their smoking area is the main entrance to the motel! Not a good idea for folks desiring a smoke free environment! Probably won't stay there on my next visit.
Oddly, this review is more of the staff of the Holiday Inn than it is the place itself - which I am confident is just fine. My 80-year mother made reservations through the internet at a site which had pricing that was non-refundable and she was not aware. To be clear, nothing fishy there, just that she was not used to reading the fine print to accompany the competitive pricing. It was for her 62nd high school reunion, which ended up getting cancelled. I was a concerned, because I paid for it and for all the rooms, that was about $500 that would have been lost. Austin, the front desk manager, worked something out that was win-win. Honestly, that is awesome service. The event will be there next year, so I know we will be staying. Really grateful for that kind of service in this day and age.
Room was nice and staff was friendly. Saw one roach crawling on the hall. No continental breakfast. Overall a bit over priced, but it was too be expected since there were several events in the area. Will likely try the Hilton next door if I ever visit again.
Very big hotel, great for large groups. Has all the amenities u would expect, such as pools and gyms. Food was good. Internet was fast. I had never been to NC before but the area it was in was very scenic.
Had a great experience with the staff. Accidentally, through a mix up in Google, reserved the wrong date (my fault). Instead of charging us the normal rate for the day, which was $30-40 higher. They gave us the price for the room we booked and got us a room immediately. I would of understood if they did charge us the higher rate. Awesome customer service. Beds were comfy too, great experience!!
