The rooms are compact but clean and efficient. There was a strange odor in the room when I turned the heat on but a small air freshener fixed that, since I was staying multiple days. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of offerings.
Nothing outstanding, bit nothing terrible for us on our stay. Staff was friendly but not overly so. 3 machines packed into a small workout room. Cleanliness was OK. Free breakfast was small but had several items. We got what we expected for the price/value. Convenient location for most places in Gville. There's a Jimmy Johns in the same parking lot.
Currently staying here and I plan to check out tomorrow. Upon entering we were not greeted, that was strike one because I’m big on customer service. Then it was so hot in our room and we could not figure out how to get the air conditioner to work because the thermostat on the wall was missing buttons. We tried calling to the front desk only to find out our phone does not work. And to top it all off there was a huge bug in our room and a dead bug which means the room probably has not been cleaned like it was supposed to be. I’m just very disappointed because I thought this was a pretty decent hotel but if I wanted to deal with things like this I would’ve stayed at the Super 8!!
We have found the service to be friendly and helpful from the front desk to the kitchen crew to the housekeeping. The room we stayed in (queen suite) was spacious and could fit our two Pack N Plays along with other baby equipment. Looks to be on the newer side but in need of small repairs (such as hole in drywall around sink pipe). Room could be better insulated for noise, but other than doors and elevator the hotel is rather quiet. Great location that's a quick drive to all strip malls, attractions, and even downtown Greenville yet just outside all the hustle and bustle so you can wind down for the day. Happy with our stay!
Very convenient location next to Vidant and VA hospitals. Very safe setting. Very clean room and pleasant lobby. Friendly staff. The only negative is the walls are thin and the rooms poorly sound insulated. A neighbor had their TV on until 3am...very annoying!
