I recommend Tenth Street Animal Hospital to everyone I know. All of my cats have been under their care since I moved to Greenville, in 1991. Dr. Hayes has personally saved the lives of three of my cats, for which I am forever grateful. I've met many other wonderful vets there, and feel my cats are in great hands. Just recently, Dr. Etter saved the life of my previously diabetic cat. Dr. Wyatt is so compassionate and knowledgeable that I always know my cats are in great hands with her. I could go on to mention the others there as well--all caring people; but I will simply say that it means the world to me to know that my cats are getting the best medical care possibly, and that the vets who treat them are men and women who see their professions as more than just jobs. They truly care about their patients and clients, and that goes a long way with me.

I have to ask myself what was the most important reason for me going to see the Vet. My Dog Nikki or paying for the Vet's bills. I was given the impression that my dog may have to be put down. Her teeth are falling out from a congenital reason. I was told that the jaw was unstable and pulling the teeth may cause her jaw to break as she is only 3 pound 7 ounces. Then if that would happen they would have to wire her jaw costing $2500.They could do X-rays but if my dog would bite on the plate that they used that would also be expensive. I felt that I had no options left but to pay $500 or more for the Xrays and face another $2500 to have her jaw wired. That was an expense that I could not afford therefore I was worried that putting the animal to sleep was my only choice. I was given medication to give her. When I called back I begged to have them try to pull the teeth but they would not do that. There for I asked then what should I do, I was told that her teeth would fall out anyway. I said to myself what was all the requests for the money for it this can resolve itself when the teeth fall out. I am so disappointed to say the least and no longer have trust in this Hospital as I will not mention the Doctors name, but if asked I will recommend that they take the animal to another facility.
